We have an exceptional career opportunity as a Claim Processing Specialist in our Birmingham Auto Express Claim Center. In this vital role, you will maintain positive relationships with customers and handle a steady volume of new claims daily, involving situations such as losses involving a parked vehicle, single car accidents, hit and runs, and rear end collisions.

Claim Processing Specialists spend 70%-90% of their day on the phone with customers. This job requires efficient time management, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. These employees use a sophisticated computer system to track their interactions with the customer, input relevant information, pass important information to other areas of Allstate, and obtain other information from Allstate employees. All new Claim Processing Specialists will attend a four-week training program. Thereafter, they will work one of six day shifts that will include an occasional Saturday. The salary for this position is $432.00/week.
