Driver Recruiting Processor :

Departments: Recruiting
 
Reports to: Recruiter or Terminal Manager
 
Primary Purpose: To ensure driver's file is accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner
 
Essential Functions:

    • Verifies three - five year Driver work history and two-year drug and alcohol information
    • Communicates with Driver applicants with courtesy and respect
    • Communicates regularly with Recruiters and Truck Driving School Representatives
    • Answers questions thoroughly and accurately
    • Schedules Drivers for orientation
    • Establishes the Driver qualification file
Skills: Good organizational skills, PC Skills, highly detail oriented, ability to work on various projects at once and professional
 
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 
Experience Required: None
 
Supervision Received: Normal
 
Supervision of Others: None
