Preparation of a Grant Application

I’m new to grant writing. Is there anywhere I can go for assistance in preparing my application?

ETA is not able to give technical assistance on how to prepare a grant application. However, there is a guide on how to write a grant proposal provided on our Web site at: http://www.doleta.gov/sga/ApplyingGrants.cfm. Please consult that guide for advice on how to organize your application. Applicants are also encouraged to review “Help with Solicitation for Grant Applications” (http://www.dol.gov/cfbci/sgabrochure.htm).

For more information on the President’s High-Growth Initiative and the Community- Based Job Training Grants, you can visit our Web site at www.doleta.gov/business.
