The Division of Strategic Planning and Review provides leadership in the planning, development, coordination, management, and preparation of the agency's strategic and performance planning process and integration of performance with budget; coordinates and prepares the agency's Mid-Year Performance Review and ETA's input to the Annual Performance and Accountability Report(APAR); provides assistance to program offices in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) reviews; assists the agency in periodic management and performance reviews to improve agency-wide effectiveness and efficiency; and ensures an agency-wide approach to measurement and reporting of performance, including program performance outcomes and vital agency processes.
