African-Americans served by the Workforce Investment System in the Four Quarters ending 09/30/06

The total number of African-Americans served by the Workforce Investment System was more than 5.1 million in the four quarters ending September 30, 2006. The Wagner-Peyser Program served the largest number of African-Americans, 3,205,057 and the National Farmworker Jobs Program served the smallest number; 1,214.
