The chart shows a comparison between the Entered Employment Rate (EER) for veterans and all exiters in the WIA Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs. The veteran and exiter populations are broken down first by race and then by veterans and all exiters. The gap between veterans and all exiters is in favor of all exiters only for Whites - 74.4% for all exiters vs. 73.8% for veterans. In all other categories veterans have a higher ERR. The biggest gap is for Hawaiians - 76.0% for veterans and 59.8% for all exiters, followed by Native Americans - 64.4% vs. 59.8%, Asians - 71.4% vs. 67.0%, Blacks - 70.2% vs. 68.4%, and Hispanics - 75.5% vs. 74.0%.
