PY03 Adult Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate for the WIA Adult program in PY 03. The rate ranges from a high of 84.4% in Maryland to a low of 41.9% in Virginia. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Maryland, Oregon, Michigan, Tennessee, Minnesota, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Idaho and Georgia. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are California, Arizona, North Dakota, Kansas, Utah, Florida, Alabama, the District of Columbia, Wisconsin and Virginia.
