PY03 Employer Customer Satisfaction Scores State Rankings

This map shows the Employer Customer Satisfaction Score for the WIA programs in PY 03. The scores range from a high of 94.1 in Montana to a low of 1.0 in Alaska. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states on this measure. The ten highest states in order are Montana, Missouri, Maryland, Alabama, Idaho, Michigan, South Dakota, Nevada, North Dakota and Colorado. The ten lowest states from top to bottom are Rhode Island, Arkansas, Delaware, Washington, Ohio, California, Arizona, the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Alaska.
