PY03 Dislocated Worker Wage Replacement Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Earnings Change Rate rankings for the WIA Dislocated Worker program in PY 03. The rate ranges from a high of 150.3% in Puerto Rico to a low of 73.4% in Kansas. The ten highest and lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The highest states in order are Puerto Rico, Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, Tennessee, Arizona and Oklahoma.
