PY03 Older Youth Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate rankings for the WIA Older Youth program in PY 03.
The rate ranges from a high of 73.5% in Michigan to a low of 27.3% in Hawaii. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states for this measure. The ten highest states in order are Michigan, Maryland, Delaware, Utah, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Alaska, Oregon, Iowa and Tennessee. The ten lowest states from top to bottom are North Dakota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Ohio, California, Alabama, Kansas, Florida and Hawaii.
