PY05 WIA Adult Earnings Change State Rankings

This map shows the Earnings Change State rankings for the WIA Adult program in PY 2005. The change ranges from a high of $8,196 in Wyoming to a low of $1,401 in the Virgin Islands. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Wyoming, Arkansas, Alaska, Idaho, Kentucky, Minnesota, Georgia, Connecticut, Hawaii and Illinois. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are Missouri, North Dakota, Kansas, New Hampshire, Maine, Florida, New York, South Carolina, Mississippi, and the Virgin Islands.
