This map shows the Participant Customer Satisfaction State rankings for the WIA in PY 2005. The score ranges from a high of 92.0 in Maryland to a low of 57.0 in Wyoming. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Maryland, Michigan, Alaska, Kansas, Nevada, Kentucky, Montana, Arkansas, Nebraska and Delaware. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are the District of Columbia, Georgia, Rhode Island, Utah, Connecticut, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
