PY05 Dislocated Worker Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Dislocated Worker Credential Rate State rankings for PY 2005. The rate ranges from a high of 88.9 percent in Michigan to a low of 19.4 percent in the Virgin Islands. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Michigan, Maryland, Nebraska, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Arkansas, Oregon, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Utah. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are Wyoming, Maine, Alaska, Kentucky, the District of Columbia, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Vermont, and the Virgin Islands.
