PY05 Older Youth Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Older Youth Credential Rate State rankings for PY 2005. The rate ranges from a high of 91.7 percent in the District of Columbia to a low of 0.7 percent in Puerto Rico. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, Michigan, Delaware, Montana, Hawaii, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Maine, and Kansas. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are South Carolina, California, Alabama, Louisiana, Wyoming, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Puerto Rico.
