WIA Incentive Grant Summaries - PY 2004

Tennessee proposes to expend the WIA Title I portion of incentive funds for:

enhancing workforce systems and thereby economic development through the initiatives of the Governor’s Job Cabinet;
funding innovative programs aimed at partnership capacity-building programs;
staff development and training;
systems management; and
cross-program services for participants and employers; and
activities intended to increase the number of GED diplomas, and pay for GED instruction and preparation materials.
