PY03 Younger Youth Retention Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Retention Rate rankings for the WIA Younger Youth program in PY 03. The rate ranges from a high of 81.4% in Arkansas to a low of 46.9% in South Carolina. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states on this measure. The top ten in order are Arkansas, Puerto Rico, Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming, Connecticut, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and New Hampshire. The lowest ten from top to bottom are New Mexico, Florida, Maryland, Delaware, Arizona, New York, Virginia, Hawaii, Ohio and South Carolina.
