PY05 Adult Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate State rankings for the WIA Adult program in PY 2005. The rate ranges from a high of 85.4 percent in Michigan to a low of 33.3 percent in the Virgin Islands. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Michigan, Maryland, Hawaii, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Florida, Colorado, Washington, Rhode Island and Indiana. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are North Dakota, California, Virginia, Alaska, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, South Carolina, Alabama, North Carolina, and the Virgin Islands.
