In Program Year 2004/Fiscal Year 2005, the percentage of participants who were veterans in reporting ETA programs ranged from 0.8 to 15.4. The average for the ten programs was 7.3 percent. The percentage for America's Job Bank was 15.4 percent, and for the H-1B Skills Grants it was 2.3 percent. (In 2004 only 84.3 percent of H-1B grantees captured and reported veterans' information.) The percentage was 2.9 for the Indian and Native American Program. (Note that the Indian and Native American Program reports characteristics on program exiters only.) Veterans constituted 10.5 percent of National Emergency Grant participants, and 0.8 percent of National Farmworker Jobs Program participants. The percentage of veterans was 9.4 in the One-Stop Employment and Workforce Information Services system, while it was 6.5 percent for the Senior Community Service Employment Program. Veterans made up 9.2 percent of the participants in the Trade Adjustment Assistance program. The percentage of veterans in the WIA Adults program was 6.5, and it was 9.4 percent in the WIA Dislocated Workers program.
