WIA Measures for Adults, Dislocated Workers and Older Youth PY 2005, Q4

This chart shows results for the fourth quarter of Program Year 2005 for Adults, Dislocated Workers and Older Youth. (Data were not available for Pennsylvania and Wyoming.) The Adult Entered Employment Rate was 76.3 percent, while the Dislocated Workers had the highest rate, 83.2 percent. The rate for Older Youth was the lowest, 74.7 percent. The Retention Rate was highest for Dislocated Workers, 87.7 percent, next was Adults at 82.3 percent, and finally Older Youth at 81.8 percent. The Six Month Earnings Change was highest for Adults, $4,044. The next highest change was $3,701 for Older Youth. The lowest change was $461 for Dislocated Workers.
