New Reporting Requirements and Data Validation Software for PY2005 (Updated October 13, 2005)
The software for validating the Wagner-Peyser 9002, VETS 200 and WIA reports is being upgraded to support state implementation of the new reporting requirements for Program Year 2005 approved by the United States Office of Management and Budget. PROTECH is posting five documents that focus on edit checks, conversion rules and system requirements to help states modify their current reporting systems to meet the new requirements.
The edit check documents contain data element specifications and edit checks that will be used to support implementation of the Employment and Training Administration's (ETA) Data Reporting and Validation Software (DRVS) Release 5.0 for the Wagner-Peyser and WIA programs. A crosswalk of the import file field numbers from the current DRVS to the new DRVS Release 5.0 is also provided.
The conversion rules documents contain import specifications and data element conversion rules.
Any questions about the information contained in these documents should be forwarded to etaperforms@dol.gov. Please put “DRVS” in the subject line.
