OWB 02-8 -Program Year 2002 Planning Instructions and Allotments
Provides SCSEP grantees with grant application instructions and procedures for Program Year (PY) 2002 (July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003); instructions for developing plans for extensions of the current grant (Section 8); and instructions for developing plans for private sector projects (Section 9).
OWB 02-9 -Limited Solicitation for Section 502(e) Projects
To announce a limited grant competition for additional Older Americans Act (OAA) funds in the amount of $2.3 million to conduct private sector projects under Section 502(e) of the OAA.
