ETA Clarifies New Requirements for the EUC Reemployment Services/Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment Activities for Certain Recipients

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has published responses to questions received from states regarding the new requirements for Reemployment Services (RES) and Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment (REA) activities for recipients of Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC).

Change 1 to Training and Employment Guidance Letter 20-11 provides the complete background and transmits the "Questions and Answers."
