The following are descriptions of the main categories of jobs at Swift Transportation's terminals. These positions are not open at all times, but would be among those terminal managers would submit job orders for, should a vacancy arise. At the March meeting between One-Stop representatives and terminal managers, a method of communication to report vacancies in these positions, as well as job order submissions, should be established. These position descriptions can be used for your information in understanding the range of positions available at Swift and also can be used to help in screening once job orders for these positions are submitted.
