BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  TechLadder utilizes an employer centered career ladder model to drive an efficient consortium based delivery system.  Classroom training marries both necessary technical and career skills and is complemented by a subsidized work experience program.  The net result will be the ability to achieve significant outcomes.
