The State plans to invest in the following initiatives:
A pilot for an Adult Literacy Transition Center of Excellence;
A pilot for a comprehensive, Internet-based career management system that allows all stakeholders to collaborate and combine their services into a virtual One-stop career planning center for citizens of all ages and at all career stages;
A pilot for a unique learning center that is designed to re-engage students who have dropped out of school or who are older and have not been successful in a traditional high school setting.
