The State plans to invest in the following four areas:
Continue to support this administration’s goal to increase Kentucky’s competitiveness, make Kentucky more business-friendly, and strengthen the educational system;
Continue the progress made under the Kentucky Adult Education Act of 2000;
Continue to support the goal of the Office of Career and Technical Education to enable secondary and post secondary Career Technical Education students to achieve academic and technical knowledge and skills for employment and continuing education; and
Support the Department of Labor’s Strategic Partnership for a Competitive Workforce Initiative.
