This map shows the Employment Retention Rate for the WIA Adult program in PY 03. The rate ranges from a high of 92.5% in Arkansas to a low of 70.1% in Delaware. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Arkansas, Nebraska, New Jersey, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Wyoming and Idaho. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are Connecticut, California, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Nevada, the District of Columbia, Oregon and Delaware.
