PY04 Participant Customer Satisfaction Scores State Rankings

This map shows the Participant Customer Satisfaction Score for the WIA programs in PY 04. The scores range from a high of 91.5 in Michigan to a low of 66.5 in Missouri. The map highlights the top and bottom states on this measure. The top ten states in order are Michigan, Maryland, Kansas, Arizona, Nebraska, Nevada, Idaho, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Montana. The bottom ten states from top to bottom are California, Virginia, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Mississippi, District of Columbia, New Hampshire, Illinois, and Missouri.
