PY04 Dislocated Worker Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate rankings for the WIA Dislocated Worker program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 86.8% in Michigan and West Virginia to a low of 50.5% in Vermont. The ten highest and lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Michigan, West Virginia, Maryland, Missouri, Rhode Island, Utah, Arkansas, Texas, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts.
