PY04 Dislocated Worker Wage Replacement Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Earnings Replacement Rankings and Outcomes for the WIA Dislocated Worker program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 148.3% in Arizona to a low of 69.7% in Kansas. The ten highest and lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The highest states in order are Arizona, Alabama, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, West Virginia, Wyoming, District of Columbia, and Arkansas. The ten lowest states from top to bottom are Idaho and Minnesota (tied), Oklahoma, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Vermont, Washington, New Hampshire, and Kansas.
