PY04 Older Youth Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate rankings for the WIA Older Youth program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 71.3% in Michigan to a low of 34.3% in Alabama. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states for this measure.
