Tennessee $740,699
Tennessee proposes to expend the WIA Title I portion of incentive funds for:
- enhancing workforce systems and thereby economic development through the initiatives of the Governor’s Job Cabinet;
- funding innovative programs aimed at partnership capacity-building programs;
- staff development and training;
- systems management; and
- cross-program services for participants and employers; and
- activities intended to increase the number of GED diplomas, and pay for GED instruction and preparation materials.
