The Office of Adult Literacy will increase

Education will collaborate with DeKalb Technical College to develop
a training curriculum using the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

already provided for special population students and will aim
to increase the number of Hispanics working in the health care
sector.
The Department of Education Technology/Career
Education Division will develop and implement a comprehensive
career develop initiative for high school students.
The Department of Labor will implement
an Incumbent Worker Initiative designed to avert layoffs, promote
job retention, and create new job opportunities.
