PY03 Participant Customer Satisfaction Scores State Rankings

This map shows the Participant Customer Satisfaction Score for the WIA programs in PY 03. The scores range from a high of 89.9 in Michigan to a low of 52.4 in the District of Columbia. The map highlights the top and bottom states on this measure. The top ten states in order are Michigan, Kansas, Maryland, Idaho, Montana, Delaware, Kentucky, Nevada, Nebraska and Hawaii. The bottom ten states from top to bottom are New Hampshire, Illinois, New Jersey, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Utah, Connecticut, Arizona, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.
