This map shows the Retention Rate rankings for the WIA Younger Youth program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 84.8% in Connecticut to a low of 49.4% in New York. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states on this measure. The top ten in order are Connecticut, North Dakota, Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Idaho, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
