National Monitor Advocate Annual Report

At the end of each program year, the National Monitor Advocate issues a report that includes both a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the National Monitor Advocate's findings and the implementation of his/her recommendations by State and federal officials. The report also addresses issues, challenges, and best practices obtained from the Regional and State Monitor Advocates.
