"Hire Vets First" Campaign

The Department of Labor and the President's National Hire Veterans Committee seek support for the "Hire Vets First" campaign. The campaign will strive to heighten employer awareness about the employability of veterans and will refer employers interested in hiring veterans to local One-Stop Career Centers.

A fact sheet and an Event Guide on the "Hire Vets First" campaign is available for distribution, as well as a sample letter that has been sent to all levels of the public workforce investment system and its veteran-focused partners.
