SUBJECT:     Request for Comments - Benefits, Timeliness and Quality Review; ETA Forms, 9050, 9051, 9052, 9053, 9054, 9055, 9056, and 9057; OMB Number 1205-0359

PROGRAM(S):         UI

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on an extension of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the Benefits, Timeliness and Quality (BTQ) Review System reported on ETA Forms 9050, 9051, 9052, 9053, 9054, 9055, 9056, and 9057 under the Federal-State unemployment compensation system.
