Purpose. To provide the State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) with final funding allotments for the administration of the WOTC program through September 30, 2012.

Purpose. To provide information to states regarding FY 2012 UI State Administration base resource allocations, above-base funding, and general guidelines for resource planning.

Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 04-10, Change 9, dated March 05, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. To advise state workforce agencies of the latest extension and modifications of the EUC08 program, and of the extension of the temporary EB provisions.

Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 10-12, dated February 16, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. To invite state workforce agencies to submit proposals and funding requests to continue a UI REA program funded by a UI REA grant or to implement a UI REA program in a state, and to provide revised guidelines for UI REA programs for FY 2012 grants, including criteria governing the use of UI REA grant funds.

Purpose. To provide information and procedural guidance to the State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) for processing requests for certification under the WOTC program after the December 31, 2011, expiration date for non-veteran target groups.

Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 09-11, Change 1, dated January 30, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. The intent of this guidance is to provide states with revised allotment levels for WIA Adult and Dislocated Worker Fiscal Year 2012 funds which became available to states in October 2011. The original TEGL 9-11 indicated a 1.503 percent temporary rate of operations reduction; Change 1 amends this to a 0.189 percent rescission providing all fifty states and territories with additional funding.
