1.  Purpose. To alert the workforce system about an upcoming combined National Office and Region 5 Recovery Act Summit to be held in Chicago, IL.

Nov 17-18:

Recovering America’s Youth:  Join National and Regional representatives from Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration at a National Forums on Youth and the Recovery Act.  Youth Practitioners and Administrators will share ideas on how to use Recovery Act funds to develop and strengthen programs and service delivery systems that provide employment opportunities for youth ages 18-24 and develop opportunities for youth in renewable energy and energy efficiency industries.  Sharing what went well; strategic planning for future success!
