ETA REGIONAL INFORMATION ALERT NO. 002-10

SUBJECT:  Request for Comments – Various Collection Activities, OMB No. 1205-0009, 1205-0426, 1205-0461 and 1205-0470

PROGRAMS: All Programs

1.  Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Requests (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the following:

• Proposed extension, with changes, of the distribution of characteristics of the insured unemployed, ETA 203.
• Proposed extension, without change, of the placement verification and follow-up of Job Corps participants.
• Proposed extension, without change, of the ETA financial report, ETA 9130.
• Proposed extension, without change, of the Recovery Act-Applications for unemployment insurance modernization incentive payments.
