September 28, 2009 ETA REGIONAL INFORMATION ALERT NO. 114-09 ORIGINATING OFFICE: Region 5 SUBJECT: Request for Comments – Pell Grants and the Payment of Unemployment Benefits to Individuals in Approved Training. OMB No. 1205-0473. PROGRAMS: UI 1. Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the proposed extension, without change, of Pell grants and the payment of unemployment benefits to individuals in approved training. 2.
