Purpose. To advise State Workforce Agencies (MSFW) of a joint conference with National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) grantees at the MSFW/NFJP 2015 Roundtable to be held in Chicago May 27-28, 2015.
Information. The 2015 Roundtable training brings together State and Federal Monitor Advocates and outreach workers, NFJP grantees and Federal Project Officers to discuss current issues and legislative changes that impact services to migrant and seasonal workers, including changes under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA). The main objectives of this year’s training are to: a) better integrate the services to MSFW’s and agricultural employers in the Workforce System, b) facilitate the exchange of information among farmworker service providers; and c) enhance communication and cooperation between farmworker groups and State and Federal officials.

Purpose. To provide guidance for the funding and management of FY 2013 annual grant allocations in order to perform FLC program activities.
Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 12-12, dated March 09, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. To provide information to states regarding FY 2012 UI State Administration base resource allocations, above-base funding, and general guidelines for resource planning.
Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 04-10, Change 9, dated March 05, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. To advise state workforce agencies of the latest extension and modifications of the EUC08 program, and of the extension of the temporary EB provisions.
Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 10-12, dated February 16, 2012, has been published.
Purpose. To invite state workforce agencies to submit proposals and funding requests to continue a UI REA program funded by a UI REA grant or to implement a UI REA program in a state, and to provide revised guidelines for UI REA programs for FY 2012 grants, including criteria governing the use of UI REA grant funds.
