Improving our system’s service to business will lead to greater success for our job-seeking customers. We at US DOL ETA Region 6 are pursuing this goal from a variety of angles; on these pages we will describe what we know and have seen in hopes of inspiring replication for results.

What's New?

• Third Wednesday: On the third Wednesday of each month, at 2 pm Pacific time, we have a conference call addressing an issue of interest to the growing network of business service. All presentations, discussion boards, and back up documents are archived on Blackboard.com; basic information from past events is available here
• National Business Learning Partnerships . This peer-to-peer capacity building work continues, and copies of the case studies are available from our office.
