Excluded LWIAs: If a Local Workforce Investment Area is marked with an asterisk (*) it had a small population and could not be tabulated separately due to Census concerns about confidentiality. Within each affected state, all excluded LWIAs are pooled into a "Balance of State" tabulation. Names: The same LWIA is often known by different names.
