Request for Clarification - DOL Solicitation No. RFP-DCS-02-13


Questions:



1) In regards to the RFP for the Youth Opportunity Grants, since there is an incumbent contractor, why are you looking to review the competition? Is TATC able to re-apply? Were you satisfied with their performance? Are you considering more than one TA provider?

ANSWER: (a) The period of performance for the initial contract is ending. (b) TATC will be able to re-apply. (c) Yes, the Government was satisfied with their performance. (d) Only one award will be made under this RFP.

2) Is a non-profit organization considered a small business?

ANSWER: No.

3) The size standard for the NAICS CODE of 541611 is changed from $5 million to $6 million.
