For this contract, the Project Director shall expend 20% of time and Writer/Editor 40% of time for the positions that shall be considered Key Personnel and subject to the provisions of Paragraph H.9.
The level of effort for this project is estimated between 7.0 and 1 professional person years. A professional person year is between $90, 000 and 100,000.
Technical Approach should be under 25 pages.
