Department's Wage and Hour Division Announces Free Training on Prevailing Wage Requirements; Sessions Scheduled for Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, and Seattle

The U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division has announced that it will host four free trainings throughout the United States to provide outreach on the rules concerning prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act, the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act and the labor standards provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

The training schedule:

Los Angeles, Calif. on July 24-26

Miami, Fla. on July 31-Aug. 2

Philadelphia, Pa. on July 10-12

Seattle, Wash. on Aug. 7-9
