The Employment and Training Administration has issued Training and Employment Guidance Letter 35-11:
The TEGL informs the states of the guidelines and process for the interim collection of data on the provision of intensive services to post-9/11 era veterans through the Wagner-Peyser Employment Service.
The TEGL provides the full background, outlines the purpose of the data collection, provides
an overview of the data collection process for the Gold Card Initiative, and contains the “collection timeline” for the survey requests.
The TEGL also provides an attachment: Gold Card Initiative – Monthly Survey of Program Provision of Services.
States are requested to disseminate the guidance to personnel responsible for reporting on Wagner-Peyser Act programs, including all local areas so that immediate collection of this data may take place.
