The Department of Labor (DOL) is issuing a Final Rule
implementing provisions of titles I, III and V of the Workforce Investment Act. Through these regulations, the Department implements major reforms of the nation's job training system and provides guidance for statewide and local workforce investment systems that increase the
employment, retention and earnings of participants, and increase occupational skill attainment by participants, and as a result, improve the quality of the workforce, reduce welfare dependency, and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the Nation.
Due to the large number of requests for additional copies of the WIA Regulations, the Office of One-Stop is only able to fill small requests for copies. If you need to order large numbers of the regulations you may do so by contacting the Government Printing Office, Superintendent of Documents at 202-512-l800. The cost per copy is $9 which includes shipping. They do accept VISA or Mastercard.
